I cleared the summer weeds and grass out of my low tunnel and planted a fall garden on September 18. The tunnel is roughly 25 feet long and sporting 6 mil poly. I thought I'd take you for a tour and show you how things are growing!
We lived on Guam for 3 years before we got out of the U.S. Navy; it was the Husband's second tour on Guam. One of the recipes I instantly loved was Kadun Kadu and everytime I can get my hands on bok choy, I'm almost sure to make it.
I thought I would share a picture of the egg foo yung. It was scarfed in nano seconds. The rest will end up in the husband's lunch box.
It was time to harvest some bok choy. I think I will grow some bean sprouts so we can make egg foo yung.
