I wanted burgers for dinner, but I was out of hamburger buns.

So, instead of running to the grocery store, I just made some buns using Prairie Homestead’s recipe. These are so good and are fast and easy to make!

Since our weather is so hot (it was 91 degrees F, feels like 97 today) and dry (it hasn’t rained in about 9 days), I watered trees while the dough rose the first time, and sprayed thistles while the buns rose the second time. Multi-tasking is the name of the game! Get with the rhythm!
