Oh no, what have I done to myself?!
Over the weekend the Husband and I went and picked apples at an orchard a few miles away from our farm. We picked a whole bushel (an ENTIRE bushel)! So, I’m committed to them now and must turn them all into something. So far, we’ve had Spiced Pork Chops With Apple Chutney and I’ve canned six pints of regular green apple butter and five pints of cranapple butter. (I can hear my father-in-law salivating all the way down in Texas from here!)

It’s going to be a long week! Can you tell I’m overwhelmed (it’s been a long summer)? Wish me luck.
