We harvested the remaining cabbage today as it was thinking about bolting. They headed up as good as they could even though we have had many warm days this spring. It’s going to be in the 90s this next week, so it was time. Not bad for my first time; couldn’t grow this in Florida!
I can’t wait to make jiaozi, pancit, eggrolls, and kimchi!
It’s a bit of a challenge to have so many to store all at once, but we’ve put them unwashed into Ziploc bags and into the fridge crispers. They should last for a couple of weeks. We will probably also give a couple away.
