Here is my latest harvest. I’ve been getting something akin to this when I pick a couple times per week. The question is how to do it justice?
Today, the tomato worm “massacre” was worse than normal as I haven’t scouted for a while! Unfortunately, many a large worm died today underfoot. I do not observe moments of silence for nuisance bugs.
I’m thinking about making this into: chicken coconut curry with eggplant and green beans, caprese salad (when the big tomatoes fully ripen), and courgette kabobs. Yes, I’m STILL making dill pickles. Currently, considering pickling the yellow squash and zuchinni, too.
