Yes, I agree, this is happening a little late, but it’s still earlier than last year!

Yes, I learned my lesson this year. Normally we get our tree by the first or second weekend of December, but I’m learning that, around these parts, if you want a decent tree for a decent price, you absolutely have to get your tree the weekend after Thanksgiving, and just accept the risk that the needles are all brown by Christmas Day.

It wasn’t the biggest tree on the lot, but they only had big trees left. (Thankfully we have lofted ceilings in our living room.) Hopefully we can get it decorated by the end of the weekend. Unfortunately, we definitely need a big ladder for this one, so the Husband will have to help!
